Hollis Public Affairs Announces Isa Puello as New Principal

Hollis Public Affairs (HPA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Isa Puello as Principal, effective immediately. Puello is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in New York State government.

As a senior advisor to Assembly Speaker Carl E. Heastie, Puello played an instrumental role in legislation expanding telehealth services, strengthening consumer protection laws, and advancing healthcare access for LGBTQ+ individuals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led efforts to secure resources, establish vaccination sites, and protect the most vulnerable New Yorkers.

Isa holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from City College of New York.
