On Feb. 18, City & State recognized 100 education officials, administrators, advocates and more who lead and shape New York’s educational system. The event featured keynote remarks from Betty Rosa, chancellor of the state Board of Regents, and state Sen. John Liu, chairman of the New York City Education Committee.
