Cards Against Humanity’s motto is “A party game for horrible people.” You know what else is a party game for horrible people? New York politics – with its long, proud roster of imprisoned alumni.
When progressive activist Katelin Penner pitched the idea of a state politics-themed Cards Against Humanity, we wanted to play it immediately. So while Penner and her partner in card game crime Michael Sutherland put the game together, we created a couple rounds ourselves.
