You won't believe who Norman Seabrook says has been the best mayor he's dealt with.
In this clip from an exclusive interview with City & State, the president of the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association, Inc. picked former Mayor Rudy Giuliani as his favorite leader of the city, ahead of Michael Bloomberg and the current incumbent, Bill de Blasio.
"He [Giuliani] didn't allow his managers, not to be accountable. His manager was accountable," Seabrook said when asked why he preferred working with Giuliani, referring to Giuliani's correction commissioner. "Michael Jacobson was accountable."
The entire interview with Seabrook will be posted shortly on City & State TV.
