Diaz Slams de Blasio for handling of Legionnaires' outbreak

In this second excerpt from a sit-down interview with City & State TV, state Sen. Rubén Díaz criticizes New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio for mishandling the Legionnaires' crisis in the Bronx.  

The straight-talking Diaz praises Gov. Andrew Cuomo for stepping in to provide state resources to help residents of the borough.
