Publishers Note: A look at ‘Place Your Bets, New York’

I’m excited to announce that I’m launching a new podcast about New York’s casino and gaming industry with a uniquely qualified cohost: Senator Joseph P. Addabbo Jr., Chairman of the Committee on Racing, Gaming and Wagering.

“Place Your Bets, New York” will follow what’s sure to be a hot-button issue this legislative session. Senator Addabbo and I will spend seven episodes interviewing the key players shaping the future of gaming in New York and discussing behind-the-scenes insights into the political and economic impact of the industry.

This podcast will not be an echo chamber. Listeners can expect some of the smartest minds from different backgrounds having a productive debate, with the goal of informing our audience on policies that are still in flux. I’m looking forward to sharing what we’ve got in store.
