2022 AARP Prescription Drug Prices Webinar

New Yorkers are struggling with paying three times what people in other countries pay for the same prescription drugs. Join us for a conversation with state lawmakers about what New York State can do to address the high cost of prescription drugs. We will be discussing potential policy reforms, including expanding access to New York’s drug affordability programs, ending the pay-for-delay deals that drug manufacturers use to delay the introduction of lower-cost generic drugs to the marketplace, establishing a prescription drug importation program in New York, and other policy solutions.
